Mike van Stappershoef - Personal Trainer

Sport has always played a key role in Mike’s life. With a background in disciplines like football and kickboxing, he developed a strong passion for fitness early on. Now, with over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Mike continues to set himself apart by constantly developing his skills and deepening his knowledge. In recent years, he has earned multiple certifications to better support his clients in reaching their goals.

Beyond personal training, Mike specializes in injury treatment and prevention. He is certified in Mylogenics and uses techniques such as Active Release to address muscular imbalances, promote recovery, and help clients move pain-free and with confidence.

Mike’s mission is to guide people toward their personal fitness goals with a kind, supportive, yet driven and results-oriented approach—always focused on creating lasting change.
